I've been a gamer almost all of my life. I first started out playing the old FF games for snes and PSX and worked my way into PC games by the time I was 12. I would have to say apart from Ultima Online my best MMO experience was in Neverwinter Nights. I loved how you could access other players content and play through things other people had built. I'm currently in school for Information Technology and will be taking a side course in journalism. I'm not sure what I want to do with my degree but I do know that I want to work in the gaming industry.

I have created and ran many Community sites for games and was even developing my own MMO at one point. Unfortunately, it flopped due to staff members not being able to handle not being paid as it was a non funded project. I've worked as an Admin on an MMO called Endless Online for awhile before the Developer, Vult-r stopped putting a lot of time into it. All in all it was a good experience and it made me realize what my passion was, gaming and gaming communities in general.

Hey everybody whats up? I am lucigen, and I'm actually the leader of the PC Division for partner site TeamPwnage. I figured if we were going to do anything cooperative I should atleast take a step in trying to take over your forums :P

I'm a senior in college, studying electrical engineering. As a result my schedule is very busy and hectic but thats how I love it. When I do have time to game I'm often on xbox running BF3 with my group there. Anyone from here would be welcome to play with us (we have our own server at the point too so if you want some practice I can switch it to private and we can go at it). I also play halo reach and skyrim on console but thats not what you care about.

On PC I host a minecraft server (which I also play on...duh), and run a couple pretty typical steam games (TF2, borderlands, alien swarm). I'm also a big fan of LoL, gettin close to lvl 30 since i just started playing over the summer. I also have quite a history on F2P MMOs. My first was Silkroad online, switched to 2moons, and then went through a number of different ones pretty quickly (some pservers) for 9dragons, pwi, boti, jade dynasty, fw, vindictus, aion, rift, WoT, and age of empires online. Actually used to do alot of beta testing, but I've since given up on the formal MMO as they suck away my time like a dyson.

Anyway i hate playing alone, so if you ever want to hang out just send me an FR and hopefully we can have awesometimes

Finally joining the forums here over at MMO Attack. I am a Community Manager from Team Pwnage and proud to say I'm glad we have been collaborating, happy that Lucig3n has been very active between both MMO and TPwn.

Honestly I'm more of a console gamer then anything else right now, it may be because I do too much work during the day on the computer, that I just need to step away. :) Saying that thou, I have TOTAL respect for the PC and its gamers, a reason why I knew from the beginning that MMO Attack needed to be our first partner. Growing up I was glued to my monitor playing games, SIERRA games, all of them (well most I think anyways)!!! Kings Quest, Space Quest, Hero's Quest and all time fav Leisure Suit Larry.

I remember one easter being 9 or 10 yrs old and the easter bunny bringing me Space Quest and hiding it in the living room. Or even Hero's Quest (Skyrims equal, back then IMO), making rrangements to sleep over at a friends house and bringing my game and save disc, staying up ALL night just to play this awesome game!!!

I was lucky to have a mother that recognized that video games kept me out of trouble, she also made me a deal, she'd get me a new game as long as I finished/completed the last one se got me.... and I had to show her the end credits!!! :)

Well thats it for now, I'll try to be more active on these forums.... try to make sure Lucig3n is behaving LOL, jk........

Hi My name's Kenny. I'm at 26yo Asian guy who currently resides in the Big Apple. Like all good Asian boys, I study in the sciences, with my choice of poison being medicine. :P

I've been a gamer since my young days, where I was basically a Nintendo kid all the way up to the Gamecube era. It wasn't until a long time after that I started branching out to other systems, mainly because the JRPGs have moved away from Nintendo systems and I was too young back then to know to jump boat to Sony. Then again, Smash bros all day anyway. Nowadays I am mostly a niche gamer, hounding Atlus/N1/Aksys/XSeed for their releases to see what I'd want with the occasional blockbuster here and there whenever I have time. Other times I'm just mucking around with the staff of my website. XD

Hi folks! New here, but I guess I'll just follow the formula everyone else puts up here.

Been gaming since... well since as long as I could hold a controller I'd wager. Started by playing stampede on an old Atari, and eventually to my own Sega Genesis and such. Got myself a Gamecube and PS2 before easing up on console games, they got too pricey for me.

Now I've my computer and nearly everything I want to play seems to be on it. I love playing MMOs, anything where a friend can come along and make stories with me is the best. STO, DDO, WoW, Eve, Lotro, and probably a few more are all good fun. Don't play WoW any longer, but STO, and DDO feature highly in my day to day playing and Eve in off and on spurts.

Anyway, here I am, interested in seeing what goes on here and always keen to discuss the latest gaming news. I'm also a little behind in my catalog, just getting through Mass Effect 2 now, and playing a Nuzlocke Challenge of Pokemon Sapphire for kicks.

So I thought it was about time that I said 'hi' to everyone and introduce myself.

I'm Debs.

I'm from Melbourne, Australia, and like everyone here I'm a bit of a gamer. Being the sort who's kind of all over the place, I studied Criminology, then changed direction to work in gaming, and now I write about video games and read comics when I get a chance.
Also, I'm a terrible collector of video game and Aliens/Predators stuff which is becoming a horrible addiction! I can imagine I'll end up being one of those people on Hoarders, buried under a pile of Alien figurines, replica weapons and Monster Hunter plushies. I already need a bigger apartment. :P

Greetings internet people!

My name is Justin, I live in California and it's probably safe to say I'm the stereotypical Californian. Don't worry I take pride in that.

Anyways, I'm currently still in college working on my second bachelor's degree in Digital Media and Character Design/Development. I already have a degree in Fine Arts.

I got into gaming when I was just a wee little boy playing the original Super Mario Bros on the Nintendo and I never looked back. I enjoy every game and genre out there. From shooters, simulators, casuals, RPGs, sports, you name it, I play it.

I have to say though, if I had to choose a specific genre I enjoy the most it would have to be RPGs. I just get really into the stories, and if you add good music and memorable characters that just makes it even better.

If you're bored of me yet then you've probably stopped reading...if you're still with me! Right on!! keep reading!

Aside from gaming, I have a deep love for Art, Music, and Sports. I don't think I can live my life without any of these. My dream job one day is to work for Disney and help create a memorable character following the footsteps of Mickey Mouse, Simba, the Little Mermaid, Wall-E, etc.. I post some of my artwork and renderings online so check them out if you're interested.

I play the guitar and piano and it really brings out the artistic side of me that works well with my passion for art.

Last but not least, I'm a huge sports fan, especially football. I always have been since I was little. I live in California but my favorite team is the Detroit Lions. Go Lions!! surprising I know right? well growing up the first game I attended was a Lions game and for those of you that follow football, I saw Barry Sanders run. He was my favorite player and got me interested in football. I still follow the Lions to this day thanks to him.

Hi everyone my name is Michael Flusk and I am new to the forums, here to contribute to the MMOattack team!

I moved to California recently after being born and raised in New Jersey my whole life. Believe me, both place have their ups and downs. I am excited to get to know everyone here on the MMOattack website, so please feel free to contact me! Since the age of 3 not a week has gone by where I didn't play a video game of some kind. It took years to embrace the geek inside of me but it has been there forever. I love all kinds of video games ranging from my obsessive days spent grinding on the MMORPG Final Fantasy XI to the fact that I I go back and play Pokemon: Red on a gameboy once a year. And while I am on that subject let me just say how I hate the fact that regular gameboy games don't fit into the Nintendo DS. Moving on though . . .

I am looking forward to learning from everyone about their favorite games and ideas for the future. That's the best thing about video games and the people who love them, it gives us all so much to talk about. So lets talk about them! Lets talk about role-playing games and first person shooters. Hello all!

I am Racquel.

I am from South-Western Ontario. I am attending University taking Communications. I love writing, it is honestly one of my favourite pass-times. Reading and playing video games are up there as well. I am moreso fond of the PS3 but I don't mind a good game of Halo even though my gamerscore is not good at all.

My ultimate favourite game is Assassin's Creed. I absolutely love the story-line behind it. Yes, I am into conspiracy and all of that. It is just pure awesome. Skyrim is up there as well. I am a sucker for a good story-line, dammit! I love dragons, which is why I liked Skyrim so much.

One day, I am hoping that Ubisoft or Game Informer will see me...as that is ultimately where I want to end up at. I would love to write for Game Informer or be in Communications or Public Relations with Ubisoft, although, I may have to learn french..

I would like it to be known that with my previous thread i ment no disrespect nor was i attemtping to spam your forums with "spammy self promotion". I am a gamer alot like all of you who feels very passionately about the game that i play and wishes to share the enjoyment i have had from it with other online communities. I hope you all would be willing to put aside any ill thoughts of my presentation and view me not as a threat to your community but a caring member.

A little about me...

I am 25, female, and currently reside in BC, Canada. I have been playing Red Stone for almost 5 years and have grown to love it less like a fun pastime but more as a good friend. We have been there for eachother thru the good times and the bad, ups and downs in life. It was where i met my husband and most of the closest friends i have in my life.

The rest of my gaming carrer has been here and there. Never really finding anything that held my attention too long. Ive attempted to play most every other free to play MMO on the market currently and have not been too extremely impressed by any of them. As for consol games my husband and i have just started on Boarderlands. Im not a huge fan of first person shooter type games (except halo <3 halo) but its pretty good so far. We really quite enjoyed Dungeon Seige III, not sure if any of you have tried it but i highly recommend it. We nicknamed it "the hard game" because on the harder difficulty it really is quite a challange (i really enjoy a challange when it comes to games).

Been dabbling a bit in D3. I like it very much as a single player type game (with multiplayer co op options) but it lacks very much the MMO feel i had hoped for in it. (not sure why i had hoped for it at all considering how D2 was).

I'm Ryan (Dapr. Rge), I'm a full time student in computer sciences in BC. I hope to eventually be a game dev. I basically play every genre. I love RPGs easily my favourite genre, I play a lot of MMOs, and FPS. I used to play CS:S really competitively, and a few other games. Currently I mainly play CS:GO, Dota2, and GW2. In my spare time I run a CS:GO clan and run my Youtube channel which mostly is videos of MMOs in beta, and some Lets Plays. It's sort of in a transitional period between bad quality Lets Plays, to more structured videos covering beta weekends. I'll likely be putting up some guides on high level Tera dungeons in the near future as well.

FUN FACTS:
I live in San Diego, California, and I am a gamer! (it would be strange if I wasn't) When I'm not playing on my Xbox360 or on my computer, I rock out on my piano or make films with my friends. Hey guys my name is Jordi, I'm the new video prod intern here at MMO so I thought I should make an intro here on the forums. I'm 21 and currently transferring from a CC to UCSD in the fall to study Visual Arts Media: Video Production. I'm an avid gamer (PC>PS3>XBOX have all three though) and love watching movies. I like doing a lot of photography (light painting and long exposure mostly), video camera work and I specialize in special effects and 3d integration in video. I'm self taught on computers since most classes that were offered at my CC were VERY introductory (how to 'open' files.... really? second year of graphic design and still showing how to open files? /)__- ). I use things like After Effects, Hitfilm, Boujou, PF Hoe, 3ds Max and iPi studio, if you guys use those let me know cuz its always cool to have a discussion with people who know about those things. Gaming wise, im more of an FPS guys than mmo's and rpg's. Lately I've been playing alot of Counter strike, but I play LoL, D3, BF3, SC2, MW3 (but not usually), TF2, MC, and theres too many things to list. You guys can add me on steam and im down to play any of the like 90 games I own haha. Not really sure what else to really say here in this intro, but I'm looking forward to making more videos with MMO Attack and helping bring the content you guys want to the channel and these forums. I've been playing MMOs ever since I heard about and played the old Pokemon Crater. Then it got shut down and I've moved onto more MMORPGs!

My addiction for MMORPGs never lasts.. I'm always changing what I play.. I can't seem to find the "the one" to stick to for awhile!

Mainly because I've got such a bad laptop, but one of these days in the future.. when I get a great gaming desktop.. I'll probably stick around the popular MMORPGs for a year or so finally being able to max out my characters on max graphic settings :P

I love to read, see movies, enter sweepstakes and contests and I am also an aspiring author. I'm obviously not too good at that, as I've collected lots of rejections for my manuscripts, but the only thing I've sold is a few greeting card ideas and two very short magazine humor pieces. Just a normal gamer who enjoys a good clutch win in a FPS...it's a good feeling. My PC is complete trash and I hope one day I'll gather some money and get a new one but I do all my gaming on Xbox and PS3. Back when I played Counter Strike Condition Zero I made montage and clan videos in CSCZ but I'm pretty sure a vast majority of them are gone. If I had a good comp and a decent video editor I would love to get back in the swing of things and make clan videos for CSS or any game for that matter. My dream is to have my own Youtube channel were I just play games and show people the craziest stuff that happens to me like I always get near misses from objects or lucky kills, funny glitches. No one ever get's to see them except for me :(

Watch out for lolcats. I tend to post those for lolz. Ceiling cat is always watching O.O

We only have a few rules here:

2. Fuck yeah you can curse here, but please be respectful to fellow community members.
