So, the new MMO from Perfect World is having their closed beta in about an hour from now. Actually, about 40 minutes from the time of this post. I'm excited for this. This is supposed to be an extraordinarily difficult game, with boss fights that will beat the snot out of you. One hit kills, hard-to-find weak points...The only downside to this closed beta is that you can only reach level 30. But it looks like it's going to be a lot of fun nonetheless! Hopefully more than just myself is looking forward to it!If anyone else is up for knocking some body parts off of some monsters to use as weapons, hit me up! Or at least post in this thread. :) -

The good news is that Perfect World Entertainment (PWE) doesn't have a huge, terrible NDA. I've looked around and it turns out that they're actually more than happy to show off everything they've made so far. I'm more than glad to help them with such a feat to make the videos for them. So far I've already done two bosses and some usual MMO-style quests of kill this thing or collect that thing. But it's the combat that makes it so fuuun. Dx -
well i played a little of this last night. I love the thought of mmo games requiring skill to aim, which this one seems to (kind of). Playing as a mage right now, ID: Lucigen if anyone wants to add me Im on the 2nd server (forget what its called). Got to like lvl 5 or something, seems interesting. I like getting enemy weapons and being able to use them but it doesnt seem to show the timer for when you are going to drop them. First impression is it looks kinda cool! who else is in the beta? -
I've been playing a lot the last few days. I'm level 15 now. I just got my first video up on it yesterday, should make it over to the MMOAttack channel on Monday. Characters name is Adea, and I'm also on Fleetfoot Lucigen.

im loving this game so far, i was so excited playing and making all the quest but then i remembered that after the close beta all the chars will be wiped out T_T -
oh yea, fleetfoot is right :P rbeld i would add you but i havent figured out how to do that yet. Servers are down alot since its in beta, and my current computer (havent built the new one yet) has some framerate issues, but for a closed beta it doesnt feel to bad. Im getting more excited about this game as i play it more -
After watching Ryan's video I am more inclined to give it a try.
