So you may or may not know we are doing a re-design of the site. It's almost complete!I wanted to add clever error messages on the site, similar to how Reddit does it. Like when the site is down they have the "you broke reddit" message.So what are some of your ideas for the following:We need a clever message for when people are posting too fast.We need a message and/or picture for any 404/not found pages.umm, that's all I can think of right now, but i'll post more if I think of them. -
Posting Too Fast:"Slow down there speed racer""Too much information!""Y U Post so much?!"(Not really too creative with this part, sowwy)Examples of 404/Not Found Pages:1. "Uh oh, We've lost you."2. "Webpage? Y U NO HERE?"3. "Like the Lochness Monster (or some mythical creature that doesn't exist), this page doesn't exist."4. Broken glass type page with "Error 404" -
Fast Posting - "You've posted too fast! Boring conversation anyway." or just the second part (the quote)
Use a picture of the scene from Star Wars: A New Hope where Han Solo shoots the communication console and says this quote.
404 - "This isn't the page you're looking for."
Use a picture of the scene from Star Wars: A New Hope where Obi Wan Kanobi is waving his hand to tell the storm troopers "these aren't the droids you are looking for.".
I'm trying to think of a video game/ MMORPG related idea <_<

1. ) Slow down, you won't have any energy for tonight (wink).
404 Errors
1. ) I'd turn back now, or this might get ugly.
2. ) It appears this page has been misplaced. Please try again in 653913 minutes.
3. ) Rose are red, violets are blue, how you got here, I have no clue.
4. ) We know your quite the adventure, but you've gone to far.
5. ) It appears you've wandered off course.
6. ) I think it's time for a new compass. (or "You have a shitty compass") -

Also, I could do some artwork for 404 messages or thing like that if you wanted :O

I like rbeldessi's and michael's ideas too, those are good :P is there a way we could have a list of messages and have it randomly pick one from said list? something like how minecraft has its random messages on the title screen? -
Having a bunch of random messages would be nice, if it's not way more time consuming or difficult.
I like "you shall not post" though, oddly laughing more than I probably should.

I created a guild Aloof once. I was the only one in it... best guild ever.with the 404 something clever about hitting the edge of the world "this isn't minecraft, you can't just go on forever" would be cool (workin off bloodbath here)posting too fast "tl;dr" or "stop posting, start contributing" -
ooh, that'd be cool to connect it to Minecraft :PIs Kyle the one who does all the techie stuff like that? :OAloof is a fun word... it reminds me of sheep jumping around, for some reason xD
