Hi My name's Kenny. I'm at 26yo Asian guy who currently resides in the Big Apple. Like all good Asian boys, I study in the sciences, with my choice of poison being medicine. :P I've been a gamer since my young days, where I was basically a Nintendo kid all the way up to the Gamecube era. It wasn't until a long time after that I started branching out to other systems, mainly because the JRPGs have moved away from Nintendo systems and I was too young back then to know to jump boat to Sony. Then again, Smash bros all day anyway. Nowadays I am mostly a niche gamer, hounding Atlus/N1/Aksys/XSeed for their releases to see what I'd want with the occasional blockbuster here and there whenever I have time. Other times I'm just mucking around with the staff of my website. XD Nice to meet you all. Hope this will be interesting. |

Welcome to the forums! Nice to meet you! HELL YEAH SMASH BROS ALL THE WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And Yay Nintendo :3 |
Hey nice to meet you Kenny. You mentioned 'staff of your website', now you got me all curious at what type of website you have? |
Hi Reina, nice to re-meet you, too. :P And yaaaaaaaa Smash Bros all the way. :D Ya Kirk, I actually have a pokemon website myself. Well more like being the interim administrator with two other buddies, but close enough. lol |

WELCOME!! I've been wanting to go to New York for a long time D: I NEED TO GO ONE OF THESE DAYS! How is it there? |
NY is a ridiculously busy city with literally everything there. I mean, you can pretty much do anything you want there at any time of the day. It's usually too expensive for normal people like me to live in the city, so we tend to live outside the city in the boroughs like Brooklyn, Queens, and Bronx (or the New Jersey and Long Island City krew if they're suburban) and take transit into the city to do stuff. |
I've been once to NY City and had a blast. I'd really like to go during the winter to see how different it is. I really want to run in central park. That's probably on the old bucket list actually. |
hello fellow east coaster |
I used to live 20 minutes from the city, in New Jersey. I don't know how the hell people can stand living in the City... but I mean that as a compliment lol. . That aside, okay wait... You are an admin to a pokemon site and your game of choice is super smash brothers. Yea you're awesome haha! Nice to meet you. Pokemon and smash are legit two of my top 5 favorite games of all time. A very hard list to decide on. |
Thanks for the welcome! Central park's pretty cool to run around in. I also went there during New Year's eve just a couple weeks ago. :D Thanks fluskenraider, I am legit a pokemaniac. I even play a pokemon on smash. :P |

Smash for N64 my first and most played character was Pikachu. Eventually took up some Ness and Captain Falcon too though. Smash for Gamecube I went back to Pikachu. Then realized the power of Jigglypuffs rest and rollout moves, along with survival skills. Went hardcore with Jigglypuff until ultimately ending up with Fox because I had to compete against wave-dashers. Smash for Wii I immediately started with Meta Knight. Eventually refused to play with him though because people complained he was unfair, not that I won that often anyway. Picked up pokemon trainer. Love him. I would always argue with my friends saying Squirttle is the "fastest thing alive" ...mostly to poke fun at how horrible (and slow) sonic actually was. I think Squirttle is amazing. Love the quick chip damage moves and evasive changes you can make mid air because of how light he is. Ivysaur became useable to me when I realized how to use his Bullet Seed better. Locking people into that move is so much fun. His vine whip and up smash are also fun to use. I hated how slow Charizard was because I tend to like fast characters anyway, but boy is he fun too. Rock Smash is awesome and I really love gliding around everywhere depending on the level. Yea so I like Smash Bros too and am a bit of a pokemaniac myself lol... We should start another thread haha |
Hey! What's your website? I'd love to check it out. |
mmocoda: pe2k.com. We're known mostly for sprites. Fluskenraider: I went Kirby in N64. Melee I was noob and was Fox and Marth for a long time until I played against better players, to which I switched to Jigglypuff. Jigglypuff does well against wavedashers even if she doesn't need to wavedash much herself. She has also great mu against Fox and Falco, who are usually the most common characters people played. And in Brawl, I went MK --> Jigglypuff. Not that it matters on brawl. XD |
Welcome to the family, and yes Smash bros will always be one of the greats ~! |
Fox is still pretty good in Brawl just because he's fast though. :3 |
PRETTY FREAKIN' AWESOME, DUDE. |
holy crap I totally came across your site a while back when looking for sprites. VERY COOL! I wish there were more pokemon fans here even though lots of people seem to complain. Maybe if damn Nintendo made an MMO already! |
