Anyone watch the premiere of season 2 last night? I had really been looking forward to it.

After the 1st season, I bought all the books and couldn't put them down. Now I'm just hoping GRRM doesn't die on me before giving us the final 2 books.

That said, the show is easily my favorite on TV right now and it's cool to see the characters brought to life.

I have never watched Game of Thrones, but I have seen the books. Maybe after I read the Hunger Game series, I will move onto Game of Thrones!

It's pretty addicting. I recommend just watching the first season then starting with the 2nd book.

I couldn't get into the first season for some reason - watched the first 1st ep, couldn't watch the next one, but now I feel like I'm missing out.

If someone can guarantee that it gets better, I'll probably give it another go.

I just started watching this actually. Finals are this week so I've had to sacrifice watching it all for studying. Though I did make it through the entire first season.

The show is incredible. The first episode was amazing and it just keeps getting better. I'm hoping season 2 has a bit more action and hopefully a bit more mythical things in it. The few episodes like the Witch in the Dothraki was pretty sweet.

I really enjoy how the story skips along different stories but it does it so smoothly compared to others

It's still pretty good in season 2.

I watched the first season before I read the books and even though I've read them all and kinda know what's going to happen now, they're still good to watch.

just got into it. Seems neat but really messed up. The people with the white hair are messed up. But I'm still waiting for the dragons they talk about to appear.

My husband and i tried to watch the first ep of season one together the other night. A guildie has been ranting about this show almost non stop. After he got us into Alphas (which it took a couple episodes to get into that as well) i had figured he had pretty good taste in shows. (even tho he doesnt like Buffy and Angel which are some of my super all time favs <3 Joss Wheadon)

Anyway we tried the first ep... and at the end we both kinda went "meh... it was... ok >.>"

Alot more nuditiy than i would have expected in a series like that. However i suppose it was an HBO series so that makes sense. So it does get better? lol maybe ill find a few episodes on my own while hes at work and see if it really does get better so i can try to convince him to give it another shot lol

I'd say it's the best TV show right now and I've seen almost everything.

What would you say is? It's definitely the show I most looking forward to watching every week.
