The crew over at MMOCast have tracked down a number of exciting videos on the first day of closed beta testing for the highly anticipated Black Desert Online. The game attracted a lot of attention following its reveal earlier this year, promising to bring next-generation features and AAA graphics to the MMO market.
The videos currently available highlight a number of exciting aspects of the game including the opening cinematic (which looks fantastic), the jumping mechanics and the questing system.
5000 invites have been sent out for the first wave of closed beta testing which will run through until October 25th. The developers have revealed a strict schedule in which specific features will be released on a daily basis. Stay tuned over the next week for more exciting footage as it’s released.
The closed beta is currently only available in Korea and we’ve got a while before we get a Western release but if you’re already excited about Black Desert Online, these videos will be sure to leave you frothing at the mouth.
